Each check brings the new matches to your inbox, so you hear about a request on a later check rather than instantly, often well before you'd have scrolled past it. You reply while the thread is still fresh. Rules you control. Exact phrases, all-words matches and exclusions decide what reaches your inbox, so every match is there because it hit something you asked for. Straight to the post. Each match links to the post, so you can open it and reply without searching for it. Badge, in-page notice, desktop notification. A red count on the extension icon, a notice on the tab you're using, and a desktop notification you can switch off. Switch either notice off and new matches still land in your inbox. Your inbox shows the newest 500 matches, and Lead Radar keeps the 2,000 most recent for each profile or Page so you can export them. Click Add a reply and the AI drafts a comment that answers the question, using the voice and business details you saved in AI Studio. Post now Optional automatic replies ## Let it answer the clear ones, inside limits you set. Automatic replies are off until you switch them on, and they need AI Studio set up with what you offer. When they're on, every rule below applies to every reply. Start with a low daily limit and read what goes out. ### 1 to 10 a day, at least 2 minutes apart You set the daily limit, up to 10. Replies go out at least 2 minutes apart. ### Only groups you mark Allowed Check each group's rules yourself and mark it Allowed for service or promotional replies. A group marked Not allowed or left on Unknown never gets one. ### Only posts that look relevant Only new posts under 24 hours old that the AI rates “Looks relevant”. Matches that were already in your inbox when you switched it on are never answered automatically. ### Web links held back unless allowed A reply with a link only goes out automatically in groups where you set Links in replies to Allowed. ### Pauses when a reply isn't confirmed If Facebook doesn't confirm a reply, automatic replies stop until you check the thread and choose Resume. ### Comments only Lead Radar replies in the group thread, from the profile or Page you post as. Lead Radar is a Pro feature: pick up to 25 groups and tell it what to look for. It uses three kinds of rule, up to 100 of each: exact phrases (“can anyone recommend a plumber”), all-words matches (plumber and recommend anywhere in the post) and words that rule a post out. A post that matches any of your phrases or all-words rules, and none of your exclusions, lands in your inbox. When you open a match and ask for a reply, the AI drafts one in your voice and tells you how relevant the post looks (Looks relevant, Could be relevant, May not be a fit or More context needed) and why. There is no score and no threshold: the label is a suggestion based on the post and your saved details. ### ### How quickly will I see a match? Matches arrive on a later check rather than instantly. Checks alternate between your chosen groups and your Groups feed, so a post the feed does not show waits for a later direct read. Some posts may be missed. Lead Radar checks your groups every 15, 30 or 60 minutes while Chrome is open, and each check lands a little either side of the interval you pick. Nothing is checked while Chrome is closed or the computer is asleep, while a posting run is going, or during the pause after a Facebook block. New matches show up as a red badge on the extension icon, a notice on the tab you're using and a desktop notification, which you can switch off. ### ### Does the AI reply post automatically? Only if you switch automatic replies on. Otherwise replies are drafts until you send them. With automatic replies on, Lead Radar can post up to 10 a day (you choose 1–10), at least 2 minutes apart, only in groups you have marked as allowing service or promotional replies, only when the AI rates the post “Looks relevant”, and without web links unless you allowed links in that group.
