1. Choose seven datesStart with your local calendar date. You can edit every date and leave timing blank.
2. Plan useful contentAdd a group collection, purpose, draft and next step. A blank day can be intentional.
3. Review and exportCopy the complete worksheet or download text, JSON or CSV. Nothing is scheduled or published.

## Plan the next seven days

Dates and times are local planning labels. This tool applies no timezone conversion and recommends no universal “best time” or posting quota.

First dateChanging the start date updates the seven date fields and keeps the rest of your work.

Your inputs stay in the tool. They are processed in this page and are not sent by the tool. The site’s normal analytics and consent rules still apply. The tool does not save your work; copy or download before leaving. CSV exports prefix cells that look like spreadsheet formulas; text and JSON keep your original wording. Review any file before importing it.

## Plan for the group, not just the date

Choose a purpose before drafting: answer a common question, explain something useful, share an event, ask for feedback or make an offer where promotion is permitted. Include the next step only when it fits the group’s rules. The illustrative example leaves most drafts blank for you to write.

A content plan is a worksheet. To schedule a reviewed post in Group Posting, choose its identity and groups, then set a simple schedule on Plus or build an Automations campaign on Pro. Posting needs an awake, online computer with desktop Chrome or Edge open and a signed-in Facebook session.

### Illustrative example

A local bakery might plan a storage tip, a question about favourite loaves, a behind-the-scenes update and a Saturday market reminder. The example uses “Relevant local groups” as a placeholder for your own collections.

A date on the worksheet is a decision to review, not a requirement to post every day. Choose your frequency from audience relevance and each group’s rules.

## Common questions

### Does this schedule or publish my posts?

No. It creates a planning worksheet. Copy your reviewed content into your own workflow; Group Posting’s simple schedules require Plus and advanced campaigns require Pro.

### Which time should I choose?

Use a time informed by your audience, group activity and previous results. This tool does not calculate a best time or turn a planning time into a browser schedule.

### Why do some CSV cells begin with an apostrophe?

The CSV export prefixes values that look like spreadsheet formulas, including fullwidth variants and suspicious leading controls. This helps prevent typed content from executing as a formula. Text and JSON exports preserve the original wording.

Your next step

## Give the calendar an owner

A calendar sets the plan. Approved content, suitable group permissions and an available publishing browser turn that plan into an actual run.

- ### Before handing off your calendar

Record the offer, creative approvals, reply owner and posting windows.
