Does it work on Mac, Windows, and Chromebook?
Yes! Because it is a Chrome Extension, it works on any computer that can run the desktop version of Google Chrome, Edge, or Brave browsers. It does not work on iPads, iPhones, or Android phones.
Do I need to give you my Facebook password?
Never. The extension runs locally on your browser. It uses your existing active session. We never see, store, or transmit your password.
Can I manage multiple Facebook accounts?
Yes, by using Chrome Profiles. Create a separate Chrome Profile for each Facebook account. Install the extension on each profile. You can use the same license key on all of them. This keeps the accounts safely isolated.
Why must my Facebook language be English?
The robot needs to "read" the page to find buttons like "Group", "Post", and "Settings". If your Facebook is in another language, the robot won't find these buttons. You can write your posts in any language, but the interface must be English (US).
How do I import my groups?
Go to Templates > Groups and click "Extract groups". This uses the API to fetch your joined groups in seconds. If that fails, click it again to try the "Manual Scrape" mode.
What is a "Dead Group"?
A Dead Group is one that consistently fails (e.g., you were banned, or the group was deleted). Go to the History tab and click the "Health" button to scan for and remove these dead links automatically.
Can I filter which groups to post to?
Yes. When creating a schedule, use the "Advanced Selector". You can search for specific names (e.g., "Real Estate") or select a random subset (e.g., "Post to 10 random groups from this list").
How does "Auto Join" work?
Enter a keyword (e.g., "Crypto"). The tool opens a new tab, searches Facebook, and automatically clicks "Join" on groups matching your filters (size, name). Limit this to 20 joins per day for safety.
How do I delete a group collection?
In the Groups tab, find the collection and click the Trash Icon. Warning: This cannot be undone. We recommend exporting a backup first.
What is Spintax?
Spintax allows you to vary your text. Format: {Hi|Hello|Hey}. The tool picks one word randomly.
Example: {Great|Good} day! becomes "Great day!" or "Good day!".
How do AI Variations work?
In the Scheduler, select one template and toggle "AI Variations". The AI will rewrite your post X times (e.g., Professional tone, Witty tone). The system then rotates through these variations when posting to avoid spam detection.
Can I post Videos?
Yes. Upload your MP4/WebM file in the template editor. Important: You must select "Classic Mode" in the posting settings for videos to work. Speed Mode does not support video.
How do I create a "Clickable Image"?
Facebook doesn't allow custom clickable images for personal profiles. However, if you paste a URL in your text, Facebook will automatically generate a clickable preview card for that link.
My image quality looks bad.
Ensure "Compress Images" is checked (default). We optimize images to 1920px width. Uploading massive 4k images often causes Facebook to compress them poorly. Our pre-compression usually looks better.
Campaigns allow multi-step workflows. Instead of just "Post Now", you can build: Post to Group A -> Wait 1 Hour -> Post to Group B -> Wait 24 Hours -> Repeat.
How do I loop a campaign forever?
Add a Loop Block at the end of your workflow. Connect it back to Step 1 (or any step). Set it to "Loop Forever". This creates an infinite cycle ("Evergreen Campaign").
What happens if I close my laptop during a campaign?
The campaign pauses. When you open Chrome again, it will detect the pause and resume where it left off (or wait for the next scheduled slot).
Can I edit a running campaign?
Yes. Click the Edit icon. The campaign will pause while you edit. Once you save, it resumes with the new settings.
What is the daily posting limit?
- New Accounts (< 1 year): Max 10-20 posts/day.
- Aged Accounts: Max 50-80 posts/day.
Exceeding 100 posts/day is high risk.
What is "Shadowbanning"?
This happens if you post the exact same link or phone number too many times. Facebook hides your post. Fix: Use Spintax or put links in the comments.
What do the Security Levels mean?
- Fast: Short delays (10-30s). Risky for large batches.
- Balanced: Medium delays (30-60s). Recommended standard.
- Safe: Long, human-like delays (60s+). Use this for overnight campaigns.
Why did I get a "Temporary Block"?
This usually means you posted too fast or too repetitively. Stop posting for 48 hours. When you resume, use "Safe Mode" and increase your intervals.
The tool is stuck on "Preparing to post..."
- Click the logo 5 times to reveal the hidden menu.
- Click "Force Reset".
- Refresh the page and try again.
Posts are failing with "Unknown Error".
This often happens if the group requires Admin Approval or if you are muted. Check the group manually. Also, try switching from Speed Mode to Classic Mode.
Video upload stays "Pending" forever.
This is normal. Videos take time to process on Facebook's server. We mark it as "Pending" so the queue can continue. Check your Activity Log later; it usually succeeds after 10-15 minutes.
I can't find the "Discussion" tab error.
This happens in "Buy & Sell" groups. Our tool tries to switch to the Discussion tab to post. If the group admin disabled the Discussion tab, you cannot post standard text there.
