Creating Your Post Template

Our Facebook Bulk Poster extension allows you to create engaging posts with multiple customization options. Here’s how to create your first post template:

Text Formatting

You can enhance your post text using standard formatting options like bold, italic, and different font sizes. The text editor provides a familiar interface similar to most word processors.

Using Spintax

Spintax helps you create multiple variations of your text to make posts appear more natural. Here’s how to use it:

  • Basic syntax: {option1|option2|option3}
  • Example: “Check out our {amazing|incredible|fantastic} offer!”
  • This will randomly select one option each time the post is made

Adding Visual Elements

  • Set post background colors or patterns from the style panel
  • Upload images: Supports JPG, PNG, and GIF formats up to 25MB
  • Add videos: MP4 format up to 1GB
  • Multiple media items can be attached to a single post
2. STEP

Setting Up Group Collections

  2. Enter collection name
  3. Paste Facebook group URLs one per line
  4. Click “Save Collection”

Automatic Link Collection

  1. Select “Auto Collect”
  2. Navigate to your Facebook groups page
  3. Click “Start Collection”
  4. The extension will gather all group links from your membership list
  5. Review and save the collection

  1. Select “Auto Join”
  2. Enter keywords related to your target groups
  3. Set joining limits (recommended: max 50 groups per day)
  4. The extension will:
    • Search for matching groups
    • Send join requests automatically
    • Add groups to your collection once accepted

Posting Methods

Regular Posting Method:

  • Opens a popup for each post
  • Provides visual confirmation
  • Allows last-minute edits
  • Recommended for posts with media

Background Posting Method:

  • Handles posting without visible popups
  • Faster execution
  • Uses less system resources
  • Best suited for text-only posts
