What a setup partner actually does

Not a reseller and not a support desk. Someone who has already done this for other businesses and will do it for yours.

They set it up

Chrome install, licence key, your profile or your Page connected, and the first real post out the door while you watch it happen.

They bring your groups in

Your joined groups imported and tagged by audience, so a post goes to the right forty groups instead of all four hundred.

They set your pacing

Warm-up, night mode, daily caps and the schedule, matched to how old your account is and how much you post. The settings most people leave on the defaults.

They stay on afterwards

Most keep helping once it runs — a monthly look at what worked, new campaigns, sometimes writing the posts for you. That part is between you and them.

How this works, and what is in it for us

Does going through a partner cost me more?

No. Our prices are the same whether you come to us directly or through a partner, and a partner discount code makes your first payment lower rather than higher. If a partner charges for their own time setting things up, that fee is theirs — ask them what it is before you start.

How do partners earn, then?

From us. When someone they sent subscribes, the partner earns a share of what we are paid — on that payment and on the ones after it. It comes out of our side, never yours. We are telling you because you should know what sits behind a recommendation.

How do you decide who gets listed?

Nobody can buy a place here and we do not charge for one. A partner has to use Group Posting themselves, already work with small businesses, and be someone we would send our own customer to. That is why the list is short — we would rather name nobody in a country than name somebody we do not know.

If something breaks, do I ask them or you?

Us. Partners are independent businesses, not our staff, and they cannot fix the extension. Anything to do with the product, your licence or your billing goes to [email protected], and a human replies within one business day.
