Point it at your groups. It does the watching.
No new dashboard and no separate login. Lead Radar lives inside the extension, in your own Chrome, and turns the groups you're already in into a short list of posts worth answering.
Pick the groups and the words
Choose up to 25 of your saved groups, then set the phrases to look for and the words that rule a post out. Not sure where to start? It can suggest phrases and recommend groups from your AI Studio details.
It checks on your schedule
Every 15, 30 or 60 minutes while Chrome is open and the computer is awake, it reads recent posts from those groups and keeps the ones that match your rules.
See the match, draft a reply
New matches land in your Lead Radar inbox with a red badge on the extension icon, a notice on the tab you're using and a desktop notification (on by default, easy to switch off). Open one and click Add a reply for an AI draft in your voice.
Your rules find the posts. The AI tells you which ones fit.
Lead Radar matches posts against rules you write, so you always know why a post showed up. When you open one and ask for a reply, the AI adds a second opinion: how relevant the post looks for your business, and why.
Checks every 15, 30 or 60 minutes. You pick the interval, and each check lands a little either side of it. It runs while Chrome is open and the computer is awake, and it skips a check while a posting run is going. Close Chrome and it waits until you're back.
Relevance, explained. After Add a reply · When you open a match and ask for a reply, the AI drafts it in your voice and tells you how relevant the post looks (Looks relevant, Could be relevant, May not be a fit or More context needed) and why, sometimes with a question worth asking first.
Exact phrases, all-words matches and exclusions, up to 100 of each. “looking for a designer” matches only in that order. “garden designer” as an all-words rule matches both words anywhere in the post. Put “free” or “job vacancy” in the exclusions and those posts are skipped.
Get there early, by routine rather than luck.
Each check brings the new matches to your inbox, so you hear about a request on a later check rather than instantly, often well before you'd have scrolled past it. You reply while the thread is still fresh.
Rules you control. Exact phrases, all-words matches and exclusions decide what reaches your inbox, so every match is there because it hit something you asked for.
Straight to the post. Each match links to the post, so you can open it and reply without searching for it.
Badge, in-page notice, desktop notification. A red count on the extension icon, a notice on the tab you're using, and a desktop notification you can switch off. Switch either notice off and new matches still land in your inbox. Your inbox shows the newest 500 matches, and Lead Radar keeps the 2,000 most recent for each profile or Page so you can export them.
A reply that answers what they actually asked.
Spotting the post is half of it. Click Add a reply and the AI drafts a comment that answers the question, using the voice and business details you saved in AI Studio. Read it, change a word, then post it from the extension or copy it into the thread.
Context-aware. The draft answers the specific question (the area, the budget, the use case) so it reads like a person, not a template.
In your voice. Your voice and business details come from AI Studio. Set the reply style once (helpful adviser, professional or conversational), how much to sell and how direct to be. More helpful, More persuasive, Make longer and Fresh reply rewrite it on demand.
You decide what goes out. Replies are drafts until you send them. Automatic replies are optional, off by default and capped at 10 a day. See the limits.
Let it answer the clear ones, inside limits you set.
Automatic replies are off until you switch them on, and they need AI Studio set up with what you offer. When they're on, every rule below applies to every reply. Start with a low daily limit and read what goes out.
1 to 10 a day, at least 2 minutes apart
You set the daily limit, up to 10. Replies go out at least 2 minutes apart.
Only groups you mark Allowed
Check each group's rules yourself and mark it Allowed for service or promotional replies. A group marked Not allowed or left on Unknown never gets one.
Only posts that look relevant
Only new posts under 24 hours old that the AI rates “Looks relevant”. Matches that were already in your inbox when you switched it on are never answered automatically.
Web links held back unless allowed
A reply with a link only goes out automatically in groups where you set Links in replies to Allowed.
Pauses when a reply isn't confirmed
If Facebook doesn't confirm a reply, automatic replies stop until you check the thread and choose Resume.
Comments only
Lead Radar replies in the group thread, from the profile or Page you post as. It never sends private messages.
Every match becomes a lead you can follow up.
Matches don't vanish into a feed. Each lead keeps the group, what they asked and where the conversation stands, so your groups turn into a list you work through, not a feed you skim.
New → Replied → In conversation → Customer → Closed. Move each lead through five stages. A confirmed first comment moves a new lead to Replied for you.
Full context saved. The original post, the matched keyword, the AI's relevance note and your draft stay attached, with private notes and a follow-up date.
Export and connect. Download your leads as CSV or Excel, or send new matches, leads you mark qualified and stage changes to Make, Zapier or your CRM with up to 5 webhooks.
Where your leads live. Leads are stored in your browser. Drafting a reply sends the post's text, the group name and your AI Studio details to our AI service; with automatic replies on, that happens for each eligible new match. Pro's daily cloud backup keeps a shortened copy of recent matches (group, link, matched keyword and a snippet, with the author's name removed), plus your stages, notes and reply drafts, so you can restore them.
