Overview
Group Posting Pro is your all-in-one solution for automating and scaling your Facebook group outreach. Designed for marketers, entrepreneurs, and content creators, the extension ensures your message reaches thousands of relevant eyes without the manual effort.
Initial Setup
Step 1: Installation & Pinning
After installing from the Chrome Web Store, pin the extension for easy access. Click the puzzle icon () in your toolbar, find Group Posting Pro, and click the pin icon ().
Step 2: License Activation
On first use, you'll be prompted to activate your license or start your free trial. Enter your key to unlock unlimited posting and all PRO features. You can check your license status on the About page.
Step 3: Set Facebook Language to English (Crucial)
Post Templates
Templates are the reusable foundation of your campaigns. Navigate to Post templates to create and manage them.
- Content Editor: Use the rich text editor for formatting (bold, italics, lists) and adding emojis.
- Spintax for Uniqueness: Use
{option1|option2}to create text variations. This is essential for avoiding Facebook's duplicate content filters. The "Add Spintax" helper makes this easy. - Media Uploads: Drag & drop or upload multiple images and videos (MP4, WebM).
- Post Quality Scorer: Toggle this tool for real-time feedback on your post's safety, checking for issues like excessive links or hashtags.
AI Composer (PRO Feature)
Supercharge your content creation with our integrated AI, available in both the Post Template and Quick Post screens.
- Enhance Text: Let the AI rewrite your existing content, applying advanced copywriting techniques, adding Spintax, and embedding relevant emojis to boost engagement.
- Generate New Post: Create a post from scratch by providing a topic, desired tone (e.g., Friendly, Persuasive), and optional keywords. The AI will generate fully formatted HTML content.
Group Collections
Organize your target audiences into manageable lists. Navigate to Group collections to manage them.
Methods for Adding Groups:
- Extract from FB: Our most popular feature. Click this to automatically and safely import all the groups you're currently a member of into a new collection.
- Auto Join Groups: Search Facebook for public groups by keyword, filter by member size, and automatically join them over time at a safe pace.
- Import/Export: Back up and restore your collections using JSON files.
The Post Scheduler
The scheduler is your command center for setting up automated, safe, and sophisticated posting campaigns.
Step-by-Step Campaign Setup
- Select Post Templates: Choose one or more templates. If you select a single template, you can enable AI Post Variations to have the system generate and alternate between unique versions of your post.
- Select Group Collections: Choose your target groups. For fine-grained control, click the Advanced button to open the Post Targeter. This allows you to combine multiple collections and even post to a random subset of the combined list.
- Set Advanced Options: Configure the Interval (posts before a pause) and Wait Time (pause duration). Enable Avoid Night Posting to pause the campaign overnight.
- Configure Comment Settings: If using Classic Mode, choose to enable/disable comments or add a custom first comment (with Spintax support).
- Choose Security & Strategy: Adjust the Security Level slider (Balanced is recommended) and select your Posting Strategy (Speed Mode is recommended).
- Start or Schedule: Click Start Posting to begin immediately, or Schedule for Later to set up recurring posts (Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
Quick Post
Quick Post is for immediate, one-off posts using the robust **Classic Posting Mode** and default settings. It's the fastest way to get your content out *now*.
- Import Button: Save time by pulling in the content and media from one of your saved Post Templates.
Upcoming Posts
This tab provides a complete overview of all your future scheduled posts.
Available Views:
- List View: Shows all posts with their next run time, frequency, and status.
- Calendar View: A monthly visual of your content schedule.
- Timeline View: An hourly breakdown of today's scheduled posts.
Posting History
Review the results and analytics of all past campaigns.
- Summary Statistics: Filter history by status (Success, Failed, Partial) and time frame.
- Detail View: Click any run to see a detailed log of every group, including the exact reason for any failures and a direct link to each successful post on Facebook.
- Retry Failed Posts: A powerful feature that appears in the detail view if a run has failures. Clicking it creates a new campaign targeting *only* the groups that previously failed.
Settings & Backup
Access the About and Help pages from the buttons in the top-right corner of the extension.
- Support ID: On the "About" page, you'll find your unique, anonymous Support ID. Please provide this ID when contacting support for faster assistance.
- Backup & Restore: Protect your work! Use the Backup & Restore feature on the "About" page to save a JSON file of all your Post Templates and Group Collections.
