A small local posting routine
- Prepare current facts. State the service, service area and available dates. For a US neighbourhood or UK town group, use the local spelling and a location members recognise. Do not imply that you serve places outside your real area.
- Check permission before drafting. Use the free preparation tool. Import joined groups with Templates → Groups → Import from Facebook. Check each group’s rules and allowed posting identity.
- Review a short plan. Share one useful maintenance tip and one clearly labelled availability post where promotion is permitted. Ask whether each enquiry is in your service area; log qualified enquiries, booked work and time spent. Milo can help prepare drafts on Pro. Check Today, Posts and Plan; Approve all does not schedule or start a run. Groups marked not allowed are excluded; unknown rules need your confirmation. Choose and start scheduling separately.
- Check what happened. Keep Chrome open, the computer awake and Facebook signed in. Inspect pending or uncertain results before retrying. A submission is not proof of a public post or a new customer.
This English guide works as an English-language starting point for readers in the US, UK and other markets, including Israel. The extension has 12 interface languages; Hebrew is not currently one of them. Match drafts to your audience and review the language yourself.
See Milo’s review workflow · Read dated review evidence · Choose the features you need. Lite is free for 5 group-posts a day; Plus adds simple schedules for €69/year. Pro adds AI workflows and campaigns from €119/year. Neither plan guarantees enquiries.
Show up in every local group, and reply while the thread is fresh.
Group Posting runs in your own browser. It keeps your name in front of your service area all week, and Lead Radar (Pro) flags the posts where a neighbour asks for your trade.
Cover your whole service area
Post your offer to the local community groups you pick on a daily or weekly schedule (Plus and Pro) — town, neighbourhood and "recommendations" groups — so you're the name people already know.
- Find and join local groups (paid plans)
- Post as your Page or profile
- Post at my best times automatically (Pro)
Catch the "recommend…" requests
Lead Radar (Pro) checks up to 25 of your groups every 15–60 minutes while Chrome is open and flags posts that match your keywords. Open a match and the AI drafts a warm, personalised reply in your voice.
- Badge and notification for each new match
- One-click personalised reply draft
- Reply while the thread is still fresh
Protect your local reputation
Posting runs in your own browser, on your own connection — no cloud proxies. Randomised gaps, a live protection score and a minimum gap that grows with your daily volume help lower the risk to the account you rely on.
- Randomised, human-paced gaps
- Spintax and AI variations per group
- Made in the EU · GDPR-friendly
A local posting routine with Group Posting
Choose eligible local groups, review your drafts and start when you're ready. Keep Chrome open while your approved posting run operates.
Add it & pick your area
Install from the Chrome Web Store, then 1-click extract your groups and keep the local ones you want.
Let AI write your offer
The AI content engine writes your "now booking" post in your voice. With spintax and AI variations, the wording varies across groups, which reads better to members and moderators than the same text pasted twenty times. No tool can promise Facebook won't filter or hide a post.
Put it on repeat
Set a daily or weekly schedule (Plus), or build a Trigger → Post → Wait → Loop campaign once (Pro). It runs until you stop it, while Chrome is open, with randomised gaps between posts.
Reply and track the next step
When Lead Radar flags a request, read the original post and review the draft. Send a reply yourself if it fits the context and group rules, then track any agreed next step.
