Useful advice before a sales invitation
- Prepare current facts. Choose a problem you can help with and a group that permits the topic. State your actual service, delivery language and appointment time zone. Adapt spelling and examples for US or UK readers without inventing local experience.
- Check permission before drafting. Use the free preparation tool. Import joined groups with Templates → Groups → Import from Facebook. Check each group’s rules and allowed posting identity.
- Review a short plan. Prepare one helpful explanation, one question and a clear invitation only where it is allowed. Record relevant enquiries and attended calls separately from likes; avoid outcome or income guarantees. Milo can help prepare drafts on Pro. Check Today, Posts and Plan; Approve all does not schedule or start a run. Groups marked not allowed are excluded; unknown rules need your confirmation. Choose and start scheduling separately.
- Check what happened. Keep Chrome open, the computer awake and Facebook signed in. Inspect pending or uncertain results before retrying. A submission is not proof of a public post or a new customer.
This English guide works as an English-language starting point for readers in the US, UK and other markets, including Israel. The extension has 12 interface languages; Hebrew is not currently one of them. Match drafts to your audience and review the language yourself.
See Milo’s review workflow · Read dated review evidence · Choose the features you need. Lite is free for 5 group-posts a day; Plus adds simple schedules for €69/year. Pro adds AI workflows and campaigns from €119/year. Neither plan guarantees enquiries.
A full month, then crickets. Sound familiar?
Most coaching and consulting pipelines swing between "fully booked" and "where's my next client?" — because they run on referrals and word of mouth you can't switch on. Facebook groups are full of people describing the exact problem you help with. Group Posting turns showing up there into a steady, repeatable habit instead of a scramble.
People ask for you by name
Lead Radar watches your groups for the phrases coaches wait for: "how do I find a nutritionist?", "looking for a mindset coach", "need a consultant for our launch". When you open a match, the AI drafts a warm reply in your voice and tells you how relevant the post looks (Looks relevant, Could be relevant, May not be a fit or More context needed) and why.
Be in the rooms your clients live in
Find the groups where your niche actually gathers: local business and networking groups, industry communities, and the hobby or problem groups your ideal clients belong to. Search Facebook for groups from Milo on any plan. Plus and Pro can choose groups and send join requests, up to 5 a day per Facebook account, spaced at least 3 minutes apart; Pro adds AI fit ranking, Join for me and recurring find & join. Facebook may require admin approval. Joining never posts for you.
Give value, never sound salesy
The AI engine writes in a quick tone (Helpful, Professional or Promotional) or in the voice you saved in AI Studio: a quick tip, a client win, a reframe, an honest answer to a common question. You show up as the helpful expert who belongs in the group, not the person the mods are itching to remove.
Marketing that runs while you coach
You're in sessions all day — visibility can't depend on you remembering to post. Build a campaign once and Group Posting keeps showing up across your groups on the schedule you set, while your computer is awake and Chrome is open, so your pipeline keeps filling on the days your calendar is packed back to back.
Post as you, or as your practice
Coaching sells on trust, so lead with your face where a group allows personal posts, and use your business Page where it fits. Switch between your profile and the Pages you manage from a single place, on every plan.
Your account is your storefront
For a solo coach, your Facebook presence is the business — you can't afford a restriction. It runs in your own browser and never sees your password. Randomised pacing, an optional warm-up for new accounts, a 10 PM–7 AM night pause and a live protection score help you keep a sensible pace as you grow. No tool can promise zero risk.
From invisible to fully booked
Find the niche, local and networking groups where your ideal clients hang out, join them by keyword on Plus or Pro, and organise them in one place.
Build a campaign of helpful tips and client stories in your voice, as you or your Page, and let it run across every group at a steady pace.
Lead Radar flags posts asking for the help you offer, tells you how relevant each one looks and drafts your reply, so you reach out warm and human.
