Q: How do I add a client?

Open Clients and press Add client . Type the client’s name, for example “Corner Café”. Only you and your team see it. Optional: add a note for your team. Or choose Start with the posts of another client to copy that client’s posts in as drafts. Group lists and automations are never copied. Press Add client and get a code .

Q: Can I add several clients in one go?

Yes. On Clients , press Add several . Paste one client per line, with the name first, then an email and a website if you have them, or upload a CSV file. A check appears beside every line before you add anything. You can add up to 25 at a time. Adding clients does not send anything. Each client then connects with a code from their own page.

Q: How do I know my client has connected?

Until they connect, the client’s page says Waiting for Corner Café to connect and shows the code’s countdown. When they connect, it says the client is connected and offers Write a post . What is a client?

A client is one business you post for. It is one Facebook login: that person’s profile and the Pages they manage from it. Each client uses one place in your plan: up to 10 clients on Agency Starter and up to 25 on Agency Scale.

A client counts toward your plan as soon as you add them, even before they connect.

How do I add a client?

Open Clients and press Add client.

What do I send to my client?

The next screen shows a connect code that looks like GPA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and a one-click link. You can press Copy code, Copy link or Copy invite text, a short message that explains the steps. Open an email draft starts a message in your own mail app.

The dashboard does not email your clients today. You send the link or the code yourself, in whatever way you already talk to them. You can also forward them Your agency uses Group Posting: how to connect.

How long does the code last?

A connect code works for 72 hours and can be used once. It stops working after 5 wrong tries. The code is shown once, on the screen after you add the client. If it is lost, used up or has expired, open the client and press Send a fresh code. The old code then stops working. The client’s page also shows how long the current code has left.

You can make up to 20 connect codes a day across your agency.
