Agency plans: from payment to your first client’s posts
The five steps after you buy an agency plan: claim your dashboard, accept the agreement, add a client, get them connected and send the first posts.
Watch the setup (70 seconds)
A silent film with captions, 70 seconds long: the licence key in the LemonSqueezy receipt, the claim page, the code and the agreement, adding a client and copying their link, the client connecting their Chrome, writing a post, pushing twice, and the results in Activity.
What do I do after I pay?
Open the LemonSqueezy receipt in your inbox and copy the licence key. Then go to agency.groupposting.com/claim, enter the key and the email address you paid with, and press Set up my agency. We email you a 6-digit code; type it in to sign in.
You should also get a welcome email from Group Posting ProTeam, “Welcome to Group Posting Pro for agencies”, with a button to the same page. If it does not arrive, nothing is wrong: the receipt is all you need.

What are the agreement and my agency name?
The first time you sign in, the dashboard shows a Data-processing agreement. An owner reads it, ticks the box and presses Accept and continue. Until an owner has done that, nobody on your team can use the dashboard.
If the dashboard does not have your business name yet, it asks for your Agency name on the same screen. Clients see that name when they connect, so use your business name.

How do I add my first client?
A client is one business you post for. Open Clients, press Add client, type the client’s name and press Add client and get a code. The dashboard shows a connect code and a connect link. You send them to your client yourself: the dashboard does not email your clients.

What does my client do?
Your client needs Chrome on a computer. They open your link, add Group Posting to Chrome (it is free), sign in to Facebook in that Chrome, read what you will be able to do and see, tick the box and press Connect. Nothing is shared with you until they do.
You can forward them this guide: Your agency uses Group Posting: how to connect.
How do I write and send the first posts?
Write a post, wait for your client’s group list to appear, then create an automation with a time. A new automation is created switched off, and the first push to a new client installs everything switched off. Switch the automation on and push again to start it. Use Run now for a first test and read the result in Activity.
