Facebook opens in a new tab. On that tab, click the Group Posting icon in your Chrome toolbar — the dashboard opens right over Facebook. That is the whole product; there is nothing else to install or sign up for.
Click the puzzle icon in Chrome's toolbar (top-right) and hit the pin next to Group Posting so it's always one click away.
Log in to the Facebook account you post from, then click the Group Posting icon to open the dashboard.
