October 2026: what we shipped
Every fix, improvement and new feature we released this month, in plain words, grouped by what you use.
First, an apology
In early October, a lot went wrong for some of you for one to two weeks: posts refused or left unconfirmed, videos that wouldn’t post, automations that never went live, Pages missing, identity errors, and pauses that said your account was restricted when it wasn’t. Lead Radar had found nothing since late September. We’re sorry. All of these are fixed below.
Not everything is perfect yet. Facebook still refuses some posts with a general error, and Page posts fail more often than profile posts. We’re working on both. If something still goes wrong for you, write to [email protected].

Posting that just works
The fixes that matter most. Each one started with a real report from one of you.
- FixedGroup Posting reads who you are from your Facebook login, so the “can’t find identity” and “Set Identity” errors are gone.2.11.23 · 19 Oct
- FixedNo more false “your account is restricted” pauses. A limit in one group now rests only that group.2.11.28 · 20 Oct
- BetterWhen Facebook really does limit posting, the pause is 2 hours instead of 12, with an “I checked Facebook, resume” button.2.11.23 · 19 Oct
- FixedEvery duplicate-post path we found is closed: Stop then Post now, admin-approval groups, slow publishes, restarts, and a group saved under two links.2.11.23–2.11.30
- BetterBefore a post is marked failed, Group Posting checks the group to see whether it actually went out.2.11.28 · 20 Oct
- BetterA run no longer stops after three refusals from Facebook, and a refused photo no longer blocks text posts to the same group.2.11.28 · 20 Oct
- NewResults tell “not sent, safe to send again” apart from “uncertain, check the group first”.2.11.23 · 19 Oct
- FixedPages are listed again in setup and after a reinstall, are recognised when Facebook switches to them, and Page runs survive Facebook’s routine sign-in refresh.2.11.21–2.11.28
- FixedNew installs get their group list on the first try. A routine Facebook cookie refresh used to cancel the import.2.11.28 · 20 Oct
- FixedQuit Chrome in the middle of a run and nothing posts twice. The run resumes once, or stops and tells you.2.11.21 · 15 Oct
- NewBusy-day pacing: after 30, 60 or 100 posts in a day, posts are spaced further apart, with a countdown to the next one.2.11.28 · 20 Oct
- NewShare one post to up to 9 groups in a single send, using Facebook’s own share option. Off until you switch it on.2.11.18 · 14 Oct
- BetterBuy & Sell groups: your post goes wherever Facebook shows a post box, and listing-only groups are skipped with a reason.2.11.28 · 20 Oct
- FixedClassic mode no longer fails with “couldn’t verify your identity” on slower PCs, and first comments work with Chrome minimised.2.11.23 · 19 Oct
- FixedIn a two-group run the second group is no longer left “not confirmed”, and a wrong PC clock can’t make a live post look failed.2.11.30 · 22 Oct
- BetterHonest messages: no “Posting completed!” on a failed run, and a clear banner when Facebook is refusing every group.2.11.28 · 20 Oct
