Free plan (Lite) and Big runs
Understand your five daily group-posts, when a Big run is used, and what to do if your selection is too large.
How do the five daily group-posts count?
Lite includes 5 group-posts a day. One post sent to one group uses one group-post: send one post to five groups, or split the five across smaller runs. Your daily allowance resets at local midnight.
Posting several templates to every selected group uses more: two posts to each of two groups use four group-posts.
How do the five Big runs work?
New Lite installs include 5 Big runs in total, available one per day. Each covers up to 12 groups for one post, with pauses between posting. These five runs do not refill each day.
A post that fits your remaining daily allowance uses that allowance first. The review can say “Your Big run stays for a larger post”. A post that needs more uses one available Big run and leaves your daily allowance unchanged.
If you enabled warm-up, Big runs are paused while it is on; they are not used up by that pause. Check the allowance shown in the extension before starting.
What if today’s five are already used?
Even a post to one group uses a whole Big run when no daily group-posts remain and a Big run is available. It does not use one twelfth of a run. Review the selected groups and allowance before you confirm.
If you already used today’s Big run, the next one becomes available tomorrow, provided you have any left. You can still use any daily group-posts remaining today.
What if I select more than 12 groups?
The message “Free plan · this post does not fit today” can appear when today’s posts are used up and no Big run is available, as well as when your selection exceeds a Big run. Check the daily balance and limit shown. Posting today requires a selection that fits your allowance or a paid plan.
- If your allowance covers a smaller run, return to the group selection and reduce it to the limit shown.
- If you are sending several posts to every group, allow for each post. For example, two posts per group fit six groups within a Big run.
- Review the updated allowance and selected groups, then confirm only the run you want.
When no Big run is available and today’s posts are used up, GPP may offer “Queue for tomorrow”. Review and confirm the queue to send the post in daily batches within your free allowance. Each group’s posts must fit within a full day’s allowance. Older queued posts go first, so not every group will necessarily be reached tomorrow. Keep Chrome open.
You may also see “Schedule for tomorrow”. On Lite, this saves a paused draft; you need a paid plan to activate it.
Should I choose Plus or Pro?
Plus — €69 a year. Removes the daily posting allowance and adds one-time, daily and weekly schedules. Posting as a Page is available on Lite too. AI writing and AI tools are part of Pro. Plus keeps the 5 lifetime AI uses every install gets.
Pro — €24 a month, €39 a quarter or €119 a year. Lifetime Pro is €279 once. Pro adds ongoing AI content workflows, campaigns, Lead Radar, the AI Group Finder, monthly and advanced scheduling, and cloud backup with restore history.
Paid plans do not remove Facebook’s permissions, group rules or admin approval. Chrome must remain running for posting and schedules. Compare current plans and billing options.
